Politique de remboursement

This policy covers camp registrations with Soccer Atlantic, the operator of Arsenal FD Camps in Europe. Please read it before you book.

Your statutory position

A football camp is a leisure service supplied on a specific date. Under EU consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to that kind of booking, and Swiss law gives no general cooling-off right for online purchases either. There is therefore no statutory right to cancel this registration for a change of mind.

The rights set out below are granted by us as a matter of contract. They are ours to give and to define. Nothing here affects any mandatory right you do have under the law of the country where you live.

Why places are held firm

Every registration removes a place from a camp with a fixed capacity, and commits us to coaching staff, pitch hire and kit weeks in advance. Those costs are incurred whether or not a player attends, which is why the terms below are stricter the closer you get to the camp.

Cancelling

When you cancel What you receive
More than 45 days before the camp Credit for another camp in the same season, or a refund less a 25% administration fee
30 to 45 days before the camp Credit for another camp in the same season. No cash refund
Fewer than 30 days before the camp No refund and no credit
Non-attendance on the day, for any reason No refund and no credit
After the camp has started No refund, including for unused days

Credits are issued in the currency paid, are valid for 12 months, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to anyone outside your immediate family.

Transfers

You may ask to move a place to another camp in the same season, subject to availability, if you ask more than 30 days before the camp starts. One transfer per registration is permitted and carries a 15% administration fee. Where the new camp costs more, the difference is payable; where it costs less, the difference is not refunded.

You may transfer a place to another player before the camp starts at no charge, provided you give us that player's full registration details in time for us to complete their registration.

Illness and injury

If a player cannot attend because of illness or injury and you give us a medical certificate within 7 days of the camp, we will offer a credit for a future camp of equal value, valid for 12 months, less a 15% administration fee. Credits are not exchangeable for cash. Without a medical certificate the table above applies.

If we cancel

If we cancel a camp entirely you may choose a transfer to another camp or a full refund of what you paid for that camp. We refund within 14 days of you telling us which you want. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incurred.

Weather, venue and programme changes

Camps run in most weather, and October in Switzerland is rarely kind. Sessions may be shortened, moved indoors or rescheduled for safety. No refund is due in that case — the camp is still delivered.

The same applies to a change of pitch or venue within the same town, a change of coaching staff, or a change to the published programme. These are not cancellations and do not give rise to a refund.

Exclusion for behaviour

No refund is due where a player is excluded for behaviour, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, within 10 working days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show the credit. Where your card was charged in a currency other than your own, your bank's exchange rate on the day of the refund may differ from the rate on the day of purchase. That difference is your bank's, not ours, and we cannot compensate for it.

How to ask

Write to contact@arsenaleucamps.com with your order number and the player's name. Requests must come from the person who made the booking.
